Smartphone solution VNS– how ist works
- A sticker in the lift car provides information about the visual alarm call system (VNS).
- After the alarm call is triggered using the lift alarm call button, a Wi-Fi network is activated.
- By scanning the QR code on the sticker, the person in distress gains access to this Wi-Fi network.
- The VNS „Language Selection“ page automatically appears in the smartphone browser.
- Questions are displayed on the smartphone to assess the situation in the lift car.
- The questions are answered by pressing the Yes or No buttons.
- The user input is then transmitted to the alarm call centre.
- The control centre informs the person about the status of the measures initiated via text overlays on the smartphone.
- We are also happy to offer you the appropriate hardware for the VNS smartphone solution.
