The lift alarm telephone for installation on the car roof. It offers standard voice communication and an accessible two-senses alarm call, fully compliant with EN 81-28.

Alarm call device for all installation scenarios: available as a rear-mounted version, a flush-mounted version with various stainless steel front panels, or as a surface-mounted version with an additional frame.

The IP Gateway for Alarm Telephones supports 4G mobile communication with VoLTE voice transmission, featuring an integrated alarm power supply (EN 81-28 compliant) and a LAN interface for lift data transmission via mobile network.
Voice Module
SM 2
The SM2 voice module serves as the communication interface for Telegärtner alarm call systems. Designed for rear panel mounting with adhesive installation, it features a slim and compact design and is fully compatible with both NRT 1 XT and NRT 1 XS V3 devices. With optional stainless-steel front panels or mounting frames, the SM2 can also be configured for flush-mount or surface-mount installation.
Alarm Call Center
NRZ 121
The NRZ 121 reception unit is the ideal solution for campuses and small companies that operate a manned monitoring station and wish to receive lift alarm calls without using external services. Housed in a 19" rack enclosure, the NRZ 121 supports both P100 and Telegärtner protocols for flexible system integration.
Connection to the reception PC running NESL software is established via Ethernet, enabling operation even from remote monitoring locations.
